Junior CATIA mechanical designer*

This will make you grow:

• Concept CAD design and packaging studies for automotive systems development;
• Model mechanical and electronic components;
• Design and revise production level parts used in on-vehicle and off-vehicle power electronics components;
• Create and revise 2D drawings of components used in the mechanical and electronical system;
• Manage CAD BOM structure in Catia for parts and assemblies;
• Generate assembly illustrations using CATIA and other office tools to help engineers establish documentation for assembly of mechanical and electronical components;
• Design prototype assembly and test fixtures to support the build teams;
• Participate in troubleshooting & issue resolution Meetings.

And this is how you'll take us forward:

• Knowledge of CATIA V5 (V6 will be considered a plus);
• Proficient with Microsoft office apps (Word, PowerPoint, Excel);
• Knowledge in chassis systems development;
• Knowledge on simulation/virtual validation
• Expertise in data management using PLM systems (Teamcenter, Windchill, etc.);
• Knowledge on manufacturing processes and industrialization of Fuel System
  series components.
• Details oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in an international environment;
• Proficiency with written and spoken English language.
