This will make you grow:
Perform Lead the definition, development and integration of HMI systems across vehicle platforms (Central Display, Instrument Cluster, Passenger Display and related HMI components).
Define and maintain HMI concepts, logic and flows, ensuring consistency across all displays and controls.
Translate UX/UI concepts into complete HMI system specifications, requirements and interface definitions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Software, Validation, Homologation and Connected Car teams to ensure correct implementation of HMI functionalities.
Perform feasibility analyses, impact assessments and benchmark evaluations for new HMI features and concepts.
Ensure compliance with homologation, product liability and driver distraction regulations for global markets.
Support system-level testing, simulations and validation activities, analyzing results and ensuring HMI performance, reliability and safety.
Manage HMI issue tracking and change requests, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams for root cause analysis and resolution.
Align HMI content and specifications with simulators, test benches and prototype vehicles.
And this is how you'll take us forward:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related technical field.
Proven experience in automotive HMI system engineering within OEM or Tier-1 environments.
Strong knowledge of vehicle HMI architectures, displays, controls and system interfaces.
Experience with requirements and specification management throughout the full development lifecycle.
Familiarity with homologation, driver distraction and automotive standards.
Experience working with suppliers and cross-functional teams in complex projects.
Strong communication, documentation and stakeholder management skills.
