Back-end Analyst*

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Back-end Analyst to join our team in supporting the development, integration, and coordination of backend services for connected vehicles within an important OEM ecosystem. The candidate will play a key role across all project phases from concept to maintenance with a strong focus on technical coordination, compliance, diagnostics, and process optimization. The role involves direct interaction with OEMs, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, to ensure alignment with corporate standards and innovation goals. 

This will make you grow:
  • Align with cross-functional departments (e.g., After Sales, Homologation, Quality, Legal) on vehicle line strategy  
  • Analyze legal, market, and technical requirements for different regions (e.g., EU, China) 
  • Define technical requirements by understanding business processes and collecting functional inputs from system owners 
  • Analyze and optimize backend application performance and architecture 
  • Coordinate the integration of backend services into a broader connected ecosystem  
  • Manage configuration updates for Connect and OTA systems using multiple tools 
  • Monitor and diagnose performance, response times and anomalies in server-side systems to identify trends or critical issues 
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to define monitoring metrics and ensure system security and compliance 
  • Coordinate suppliers and manage project delivery schedules, planning, and release milestones 
  • Produce technical documentation and reporting materials 
And this is how you'll take us forward:
  • Experience with backend technologies ​​(e.g. Python, Java, Node.js) 
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and SQL/NoSQL databases 
  • Experience with monitoring/logging tools (Grafana, Kibana, Prometheus, ELK) 
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) 
  • Basic knowledge of data analytics tools (SQL, Excel, Pandas) 
  • Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD practices 
  • Strong organizational and communication skills 
  • Good English language proficiency (spoken and written), at least B2 level
