We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Automotive Technical Support Engineer to provide expert-level support to technicians, service advisors, and customers. This role requires in-depth automotive systems knowledge, strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to troubleshoot issues across a variety of vehicle makes and models.
This will make you grow:
You will provide remote technical support to service technicians and/or customers regardig diagnostic issues, repair procedures, and vehicle systems.
You will guide troubleshooting processes for complex electrical, mechanical, and software-related issues.
You will document support cases, resolutions, and recommended procedures in internal systems.
You will collaborate with engineering, product, or field service teams for escalated issues.
You will stay up to date with new vehicle technology, diagnostic methods, and service bulletins.
And this is how you'll take us forward:
You have a technical degree, preferably in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering
You know automotive electric/electronics systems, including vehicle architectures, vehicle busses and technologies in general.
You have a strong passion for cars and automotive business in general, with a special focus on new technologies, trends and innovation.
You have good planning and self-management skills, and you are used to achieving of goals in prearranged deadlines while balancing multiple demands and shifting priorities.
Good knowledge of English language (written and spoken)
