This will make you grow:
Team Leadership: Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC), leading and mentoring a team of two test/automation engineers;
Automation Strategy: Develop and maintain a test automation framework using Python;
dSPACE Integration: Implement and execute dSPACE hardware tests, managing environment configuration and documenting results;
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the systems engineering and development teams;
Bug Lifecycle Management: Oversee the bug lifecycle, from identification to fix validation, and discuss with suppliers/management.
And this is how you'll take us forward:
You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in automation, informatics or IT-related engineering
You have 2-3 years of experience in automotive software testing, with a specific focus on automation;
You have knowledge of automotive development processes (V-Model, ASPICE, ISO 26262);
You have strong knowledge of Python for test scripting;
You have proven experience using the Vector toolchain for embedded system testing, dSPACE tools (e.g., ControlDesk, AutomationDesk) for HIL and ETAS Inca system development;
You have knowledge of Automotive communication protocols: CAN, CAN-FD, Flexray, MOST, Automotive Ethernet;
You have good proficiency with English language
