This will make you grow:

Writing unit tests or software integration tests;
Writing test procedures;
V&V process, Agile.

And this is how you'll take us forward:

Experience in the complete management of software validation and verification (V&V) activities;
Experience in writing unit and integration tests;
Experience in writing test cases;
Knowledge of the MIL-STD-498 standard, and the consequent STP, STD, STR documentation;
Mastery of at least one of the following programming languages: C++, Java and Python.
