Automotive Project Manager: Interior / Exterior / Body & Closures (multiple positions)

This will make you grow:
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams for the design, development, and validation activities in one of the following areas: Interior / Exterior / Body & Closures.
  • Define project scope, timing, and deliverables in alignment with program objectives.
  • Monitor and control project progress, ensuring adherence to cost, quality, and timing targets.
  • Act as the main interface between Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, and suppliers.
  • Manage implementation of risk assessment and mitigation plans for technical and timing issues.
  • Lead technical reviews and decision-making processes throughout development phases.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal specifications.

 

And this is how you'll take us forward:
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience in automotive product development, with a focus on Interiors /Exteriors or Body & Closures.
  • Strong knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and assembly technologies.
  • Familiarity with CAD tools (CATIA, SIEMENS NX) and PLM systems.
  • Experience in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Fluent in English and Italian.
  • Availability for short business travels abroad.
