This will make you grow:
Participation to development activities, from concept phase until market introduction;
Definition and maintenance of product specification and requirements;
Development, testing, validation and maintenance of the different antennas including certification status for different markets;
Coordinate EMC test plan and test report related to EMC sessions, implementation of countermeasures to immunity and emissions, analysis of EMC noise for affected frequencies;
Support to Integration team for vehicle testing and homologation and to Production, Quality, After sales for fault finding;
Collaboration with customers resources involved in the project for design, revision and approval of contents;
Collaboration with external stakeholders (suppliers, service provider) in order to meet project specific quality, timing and budget targets;
Management of project documentation, reports and periodical presentation to different stakeholders;
And this is how you‘ll take us forward:
You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications or related engineering;
You have proven experience in electrics/electronics engineering projects preferably in the automotive environments for OEM or Tier 1 and on antennas and EMC activities;
You have knowledge of automotive product development processes, vehicle architectures, vehicle bus (CAN, LIN, MOST, Ethernet) and automotive technologies;
You have experience dealing with complex cross functional teams: must have the ability to take initiative and work in a fast-paced configuration while balancing multiple demands and shifting priorities;
You have full proficiency with English language;
You have the right mix of passion for automotive, electronics and innovation and you can’t wait to leave your sign into the technological development of the automotive market of the future;
