This will make you grow:
Identify and understand the functional and non-functional requirements of the project to clearly define the objectives
Explore and identify innovative approaches to improve the efficiency, scalability, and reliability of Testing activities for complex systems
Gather and integrate technical inputs from other specialists (Mission System and Airframe) to ensure alignment and synchronization of the development teams
Coordinate and monitor the planning of Testing activities, ensuring all phases are aligned with the project objectives
Contribute to the drafting of a document that defines the approach, methodologies, and tools used for Testing activities

Good English language proficiency (spoken and written), at least B2 level
Proficient in the use of standard tools (MSOffice package)
Planning and organizational skills

Teamwork skills
Ability to work independently in carrying out assigned tasks
At least 2 to 3 years of experience in projects involving interdisciplinary teams in the following topics:
Design and implementation of tests on complex systems, preferably in the avionics field
