Tire Supplier Technical Lead*

This will make you grow:
  • Act as the primary technical interface between the OEM and tire suppliers;
  • Ensure full alignment between vehicle requirements and supplier technologies;
  • Translate performance targets (handling, comfort, NVH, durability, efficiency, safety) into clear and measurable tire technical specifications;
  • Coordinate joint tire–vehicle development activities, ensuring compliance with project milestones;
  • Evaluate supplier technical proposals and assess their consistency with performance objectives and design constraints;
  • Plan and supervise both indoor and outdoor testing, including characterization tests, track testing and validation activities on special surfaces or under extreme environmental conditions;
  • Analyze test data and technical reports, identifying corrective actions and optimization opportunities; 
  • Support Purchasing during supplier selection and technical evaluation phases;
  • Monitor supplier technology roadmaps and industry trends to contribute to product innovation;
  • Ensure proper technical documentation and traceability of decisions throughout the development process.
And this is how you'll take us forward:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or related fields or Technical high school diploma (Mechanical Technician) with significant experience in motorsport or tire development;
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in in tire development, vehicle testing, or technical supplier management
  • Solid knowledge of vehicle dynamics and tire behavior;
  •  Ability to analyze data (telemetry, test reports, tire structural parameters);
  • Familiarity with automotive development processes and milestone management;
  • Knowledge of track testing methodologies and validation protocols;
  • Excellent knowledge of Italian and English, both written and spoken;
  • Team player with strong attention to detail and problem‑solving attitude.
