Role Purpose

We are looking for candidates with strong technical foundations and high potential to join our national and international projects in the Commercial Vehicles and Trucks sector.

The role focuses on the development of Body in White (BIW) & Closures, Interior and Exterior Trim components, covering the full product lifecycle from concept to Start of Production (SOP), while offering the opportunity to grow into management-oriented positions such as Project Coordinator or Team Leader.

This will make you grow:

  • Contribute to the development of Body in White & Closures, Interior Trim (seats, dashboards, trims), and Exterior Trim (bumpers, panels, aerodynamic components)
  • Support the end-to-end product development process:
    concept design → CAD modeling → CAE simulation → prototyping → industrialization → production launch (SOP)
  • Analyze styling, functional, and safety requirements in collaboration with Design and cross-functional teams
  • Work in international and cross-country project teams, gaining exposure to global engineering environments
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality, cost, and timing targets
  • Support testing and validation activities (virtual and physical)
  • Monitor applicable regulations and standards (homologation, safety, materials)
  • Contribute to innovation activities, including lightweight solutions, advanced materials, and new technologies

 

 

And this is how you'll take us forward:
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or equivalent
  • Initial to solid experience in automotive, commercial vehicles, or trucks development
  • Specific exposure to Body in White and/or Interior & Exterior Trim development
  • Good knowledge of product development processes from concept to production (SOP)
  • Good knowledge in CAD tools (CATIA V5) and basic knowledge of CAE simulation tools
  • Understanding of materials and industrialization processes (metals, plastics, composites)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in international teams
  • Fluency in Italian and English, German would be an advantage
